FOUNDERS

Sydney Mednik and Ashley Mednik are sisters from Potomac, Maryland who have both been playing competitive soccer since they were six years old. Every two years, they would receive new practice and game uniform kits from their soccer club. In 2022, when Sydney was 13 years old and Ashley was 11 years old, they noticed several old club uniforms taking up a lot of space in their soccer drawer. When they removed them to make room for new ones, they wondered what happened to all of the old club soccer uniforms once they were no longer being worn by them and their teammates. When they realized that those uniforms were collecting dust in people's drawers and often thrown away, Pass with Purpose was born!
